Returns

You may return the product within 14 days of receiving it and receive a refund. Request a returns form by sending an e-mail to support@prozana.co.uk

Step 1
Please contact customer services via the contact form or send an e-mail to support@prozana.co.uk
and include your order number.

Step 2
Send the products together with the completed returns form to the address stated therein. Please ensure the parcel has a tracking number. As the sender, you are personally responsible for the shipment.

Step 3
Once we have received the parcel, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 working days.


Please note
• Used items will not be accepted.
• Products returned more than 2 weeks after receipt will not be processed.
• The receipt for such items will be returned to you.
Returns policy
• Returns may be made within 14 days of receiving the products.
• The returns form must be included in the parcel.
• Products must be in their original condition with original tags and labels.
• The packaging must not be damaged and must be returned in its original condition.
• The product being returned must be clean and in good condition, free from stains or
damage.
• Returned products must show no signs of use.
