ForgeForm
ForgeForm
The ring-bending tool that turns intention into precision — every time.
Most handmade rings fall short in the bending — not because the maker lacks skill, but because the tool makes precision impossible. Every bend is a guess. Every ring a compromise.
If you have ever held a finished piece and known — without being able to say exactly why — that it was slightly off, you already understand the problem ForgeForm was built to solve.

This is for people who make things by hand
There is a particular kind of person who looks at a flat piece of metal and sees a ring. Who finds satisfaction in the process itself — the selection, the shaping, the finishing — not just the finished object. Who keeps a workbench, attends workshops, and takes the craft seriously.
ForgeForm was built for that person. It is suitable for beginners who want consistent results from their very first session, and for experienced makers who want a reliable bench tool that does not add unnecessary complexity to a focused craft.

Why ForgeForm produces consistent results
Most improvised ring-making setups rely on feel and approximation. The result is inconsistency you can measure in wasted metal and wasted time. ForgeForm works differently because of one design decision: the mould inserts are replaceable and size-coded, so you select the exact ring diameter you need and lock it in — every bend from that point is governed by the tool, not by guesswork.
The lever rod has been thickened from 0.8 cm to 1 cm (0.31" to 0.39") — a meaningful change that eliminates the flex and breakage that frustrated users of earlier, thinner designs. The lever rotates a full 360° and detaches when not in use, making compact storage easy.
Five ring sizes and two bending angles are built into a single, compact tool. You work with it, not around it.

Three steps, one clean bend
Step 1 — Assemble and position. Fix the ForgeForm to your work surface and fit the accessories for your chosen bend.
Step 2 — Select your mould. Choose the ring-size insert and angle you need — R6 through R11, 45° or 90° — and lock it into the bending area.
Step 3 — Press. Work the lever and complete the bend with consistent, controlled pressure. Done.
