Step 1 — Fix the bar strap
Loop the 119 cm (46.8") extension strap over your pull-up bar and slide the buckle to your exact height. It locks firm — no slipping mid-set.
Step 2 — Clip in your bands
Attach one, two, or all three of the 50 cm (19.7") bands using the aviation-grade carabiner hooks. More bands = more assistance. Dial it to today's strength level.
Step 3 — Slip on the foot cradle
Rest one or both feet in the padded 51.8 cm (20.4") foot strap. The foam cushioning keeps your foot centred and comfortable throughout every rep.
